Face

  1. Can I add a link to the lesson to my Google Classroom without needing the students to ask permission for access? If so, how do I do that? I’m in the process of getting a purchase order approved for a two-year subscription. Thank you!

    1. Hi Renee! Students shouldn’t need to ask for access. All Shapegrams are made so that anyone with the link can edit and can make copies. If you school limits making copies from outside your school’s domain, you can make your own copy and share it with students. 👍

  2. I have been trying to download some of the free samples and I keep having to request access to the files. Are the files still available to try?

    1. Kate, the free Shapegrams are still available. They are shared so that anyone with the link can view and copy. Sometimes a school’s Google administrator has turned off the ability to make copies of files outside of your school’s domain. I suspect that if you are logged into a personal Google account, you would be able to make copies.
